Weather, Summit, & Safety

Mt. Yotei is a challenging full-day mountain hike and is highly weather-dependent. The route, start time, turnaround point, or objective may be changed based on weather, wind, visibility, trail conditions, guest fitness, pace, physical condition, and the guide’s safety judgment.
Reaching the summit is not guaranteed. For safety reasons, the guide may decide to turn around, shorten the hike, or adjust the objective at any time.
If the guide determines that continuing toward the summit is not appropriate due to the guest’s fitness level, pace, physical condition, or other safety concerns, the hike may be turned around or shortened. In this case, no refund will be provided.
The priority is always a safe and enjoyable mountain experience, and the guide’s safety decision is final.
